No. Government or university affiliation is only required for 1-year diploma or degree programs. Vocational short courses (1 day to 6 months) do not require such affiliation.

All certificates are issued by Womenspire Malaysia, a Malaysian-based international vocational training company

No. The certificates are issued solely under Womenspire Malaysia’s authority. They are not endorsed by government bodies, international accreditation agencies, or credentialing frameworks.

Yes. Womenspire Malaysia is a legally registered private limited vocational training center in Malaysia. It does not require government accreditation to conduct or certify short courses
7. Can affiliated institutes mention the certification as “Malaysian”?
Yes. Certificates can be referred to as Malaysian vocational certifications since Womenspire is registered in Malaysia. However, they should not be promoted as government or university accredited.
8. Are Womenspire Malaysia’s certifications recognized outside Malaysia?
Not automatically. Recognition depends on individual institutions or employers. These are professional credentials issued by a registered training center in Malaysia.
9. What will our institute receive after affiliation?
After successful affiliation:

Students receive Malaysian certification from Womenspire after passing an online assessment.
11. How is the exam conducted?
Exams are conducted online through our secure portal. Instructions and login credentials are provided in advance
12. When will the results be announced?
Exam results are updated on the portal within 24 to 36 hours.
13. What is the passing criteria?
Students must score at least 40% to pass. Certification is automatically processed for students who pass.
14. When will students receive their certificates?
Certificates are issued within one month of passing the assessment and completing the course.
15. What happens if a student fails the exam?
Each student has 3 attempts. If all are failed, the student must re-enroll and complete the course again.
16. Is there a re-exam fee?
Yes. The re-exam fee is PKR 3,000 per attempt.
17. Can affiliated institutes track student progress and results?
Yes. Institutes receive portal access to monitor:
– Student registration
